  • The Greater St. Louis Claims Association is a networking organization designed to promote harmony and cordial business relations among its members. Its goals are to provide a forum for the exchange of information relative to matters of professional interest, to develop high ethical standards, and to promote the general welfare of its members, of the companies represented, and of the general society. In 2011, Rachael Moreno was elected to serve on the Board as Secretary of the organization.
  • The Global Information Assurance Certification (GIAC) was founded in 1999 to validate the real-world skills of IT security professionals. GIAC's purpose is to provide assurance that a certified individual has practical security awareness, knowledge and skills in key areas of computer security, network security and software security. Through a commitment to excellence, Semke's Computer Forensic Expert Rodney Caudle has achieved a 90% or higher on his GIAC certification exams, allowing him to become a GIAC Advisory Board Member. He is also a GIAC Gold Advisor, an invitation-only position which involves grading others' Gold certifications for exams.
  • Semke Forensic is an active member in the Honorable Order of the Blue Goose, International. As a fraternal organization of men and women who work in the insurance industry, Blue Goose promotes fellowship, education, charity, and leadership. In 2011, Patty Semke ascended from her position as Custodian of the Ganders to Supervisor of the Flock.
  • The mission of the SANS Technology Institute is to develop the information security technology leaders needed to help strengthen the information community all over the world by improving the security of cyberspace. SANS Technology Institute seeks to prepare both the managers of information security groups and the technical leaders who direct security technology programs. While pursuing a 2nd Master's Degree through the SANS Technology Institute, Rodney Caudle was invited to be a SANS Local Mentor to provide Professional Training in the Kansas City area.
  • In 2010, Jack Nevins again qualified as an EnCase® Certified Examiner (EnCE®), confirming his thorough knowledge of the use of Guidance Software's EnCase computer forensic software. EnCE® certification acknowledges that professionals have mastered computer investigation methodology as well as the use of EnCase during complex computer examinations. Recognized by both the law enforcement and corporate communities as a symbol of in-depth computer forensics knowledge, EnCE® certification illustrates that an investigator is a skilled computer examiner.
  • International Association of Arson Investigators (IAAI) is dedicated to improving the professional development of fire and explosion investigators by being the global resource for fire investigation, technology and research. In 2009, Jack Webster was an Instructor at the IAAI Illinois Chapter's Buxton/Mazzone Fire Investigation Training Conference. His presentation on Gas Appliance Failures provided continuing education credits for the IAAI-CFI program and OSFM CFI Recertification.
  • International Society of Forensic Computer Examiners (ISFCE, LLC) is a private organization dedicated to providing an internationally recognized, unblemished computer forensics certification. The Certified Computer Examiner (CCE)® is the result of the ISFCE's desire to increase the level of professionalism and further the field and science of computer forensics. It has become widely accepted as a prerequisite certification for forensic examiners, recognized by industry professionals and academic institutions alike. Jack Nevins achieved the designation of CCE® in 2009.
